2. What data do we collect?
We only collect data necessary for the service's features to work:
Contact form
Name, email address, and message — solely to provide a reply.
Site submission
Site name, URL, category, description, and optionally email — for listing verification.
User account
Name, email address, and password (bcrypt-hashed — we never store plain-text passwords).
Server logs
IP address, user-agent, date and time — collected automatically for security purposes only.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract
Running user accounts, handling site submissions, replying to contact form messages.
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests
Ensuring service security, protection against attacks and spam. We process only the minimum necessary data.
4. How long do we keep data?
Account data — until the account is deleted by the user or upon request.
Contact messages — for as long as necessary to handle the matter, then permanently deleted.
Server logs — maximum 30 days, then automatically overwritten.
Submissions and listings — for the duration of the listing; deleted together with it.
5. Do we share data?
NO. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to any third parties for commercial purposes.
The only exception is the hosting infrastructure — a dedicated server provided by OVH SAS, which as a data processor (Art. 28 GDPR) has technical server access. OVH does not process user data for its own purposes and acts in compliance with GDPR.
